Our Story

Note Clone is owned and operated by Harish Rao, a pioneer of business process outsourcing in Australia and Steven Craig, a marketing and communications expert who has worked with some of the biggest brands in Australia. Harish and Steven met whilst at university in Canberra almost 30 years ago.

Our transcription team is located in Chenai, India and managed by industry veteran Ravin Lokesh. Note Clone has offices in the NSW Hunter Valley and Melbourne, Victoria.
